Situation:
To provide the basic information, policies, and procedural guidance for implementation of the Mote4Life PFT Challenge (M4LPFTC).

B. What (Tactical Task): Mote4Life PFT Challenge (pull-ups, crunches, & run)
C. Where: CrossFit Georgia Strong @ 5463 B Peachtree Road, Chamblee, GA 30341
D. When: Saturday, March 4, 2017 @ 8 AM
E. Why: The purpose for the Mote4Life PFT Challenge is to educate the community about the requirements to be considered for selection in the USMC and to encourage a life style of Strong Heart Strong Life by training for and performing in this challenge. The Challenge consists of three stages: Pull-ups, crunches, and run. Those who think they can get a perfect score will have to perform: 23 dead-hang pull-ups, 115 crunches (in 2:00 minutes), and a 3-mile run (in 18:00 minutes). Register, share it, and start training today!
Execution
A. Commander’s Intent Commander’s Intent. Every Racer must be physically fit, regardless of age, sex, or profession. The M4LPFTC emphasizes the requirement for all Marines to adopt a healthy lifestyle and a lifelong commitment to fitness. This combination has a direct and positive impact on job performance and combat readiness.
B. Concept of the Operations The Mote4Life PFT Challenge will promote health and fitness in order to ensure the spirit of Mote4Life’s motto “Strong Heart, Strong Life.” Racers shall conduct periodic physical fitness evaluations in order to NOT become physically complacent.
Administration/Logistics
A. Administration - "Bad Guys & Bandages": In the event of serious injury EMS will be immediately notified and dispatched to the location and the injured party will be transported to hospital care.
B. Logistics - "Beans, Bullets, & Batteries": Post race, we will provide water, sports drinks, and protein snacks.
