    Start Point: CFS Head Office
    1) Turn right heading towards Chifumbule Road.
    2) At Chifumbule Road and CFS Office Road's junction, turn right towards Mwapona Road.
    3) When you reach the junction of Mwapona and Chifumbule Roads, turn left and head straight to the Mosi-o-tunya traffic lights.
    4) When you reach the Mosi-o-Tunya traffic lights, continue up the hill towards Woodlands Mall.
    5) After passing Woodlands Mall, turn into Mutende Road and head towards St. Mary's School and the seminary.
    6) At the junction of Mwapona and Mutende Road, turn left and then take an immediate right before Urban Hotel and continue all the way.
    7) Get to Buluwe Road by turning right and head back to Chifumbule Road, having passed St. John's Medical Centre, and find your way back to CFS.

    This route should give you roughly 5.345 kilometres. If not, you can add a little more to make it 5 kilometres.
