    Starting from the usual spot at the War Memorial, run three quarters of a clockwise lap of the park and out of the Park Rd gate.

    Go up Park Rd to Brunswick Rd. Turn right and carry on to Boots, then turn left into Eastgate St; follow this to The Cross and carry on down Westgate St towards the river.

    At the bottom turn left, crossing over when safe, following Quayside and crossing bridge into Severn Rd. Carry on to the end of road then turn left onto Llanthony Road towards The Quays.

    At Bill's turn left onto the docks to take you past Corretto's, run across the docks towards the Mariners Church and cut across the bridge by The Grill Shed and go past Dr Fosters and on to Commercial Rd (it may be worth crossing over to the prison side of the road).

    Follow Commercial Rd past Glos Bike Project joining Southgate St. by 'The CD Rack' sculpture. Go down Southgate as far as The Whitesmith's and turn left into the alleyway; this leads into Albion St and then Brunswick Square.

    Carry on straight, crossing over at the end of Brunswick Square into Montpellier follow this straight down and enter the park at the bandstand entrance, turn left past the aviary to finish back at the War Memorial.
