    1. Start at the Rec Center.
    2. Run down the Parkway to Genesee St.
    3. Turn left on Genesee St. Take Genesee St. to Higby Rd.
    4. Turn left on Higby Rd. Take Higby Rd. to Oneida St.
    5. Turn left on Oneida St. Take Oneida St. to Arlington Rd.
    6. Turn left on Arlington Rd. Take Arlington Rd. to Eastwood Ave.
    7. Turn right on Eastwood Ave. Take Eastwood Ave. to Oneida St.
    8. Turn left on Oneida St. Take Oneida St. to Proctor Blvd.
    9. Turn left on Proctor Blvd. When it splits take the left road. Go down almost to Genesee St. Take the right road to run back up Proctor Blvd.
    10. When it gets back to Oneida St. turn left onto Oneida St. Take Oneida St to Master Garden Rd.
    11. Turn right onto Master Garden Rd. Take Master Garden Rd. to Utica Zoo Way.
    12. Turn around and go back to Oneida St.
    13. Turn right onto Oneida St. Take Oneida St back to the Parkway.
    14. Turn right onto the Parkway. Return to the Rec Center.
