leaving morrisons out the front, along church lane up ringley road until we turn left onto old hall lane, you can loop around a bit here whilst waiting for your fellow runners before running into the estate downhill until you meet a small footpath that takes you to park lane (next to the parkfield pub) , follow this before returning to Morrisons
