19th March Highway Circular Route. 7mls.
9.45am to 1.25pm. 3hrs 40mins.
komoot says route was 6.9 miles, plotaroute here says it was 6.2miles. which is correct. strava says its 6.16 miles, but strava stopped working but the route looks the same.
strava kept stopping again, so time of 51 mins is incorrect. its annoying it keeps stopping.
komoot stopped navigating too after only 1 mile in. i went off route and it tried to reroute me which meant going backwards, which i didnt want to do. then it gave up trying to navigate me backwards than waiting to reoute me further into the route which it could of done.
but it didnt so i have to navigate myself, which i checked the route before i left.
I didnt want to do the 9 or 13 mile route as im testing out my back strain i got on tuesday. i had right left muscle pain before i left home and i thought oh no.
but it didnt come back. i got a few pains along route but nothing too bad. i felt groggy when i started as utrogestan made me that way i think.5th day of it.

cyclists in first road at start. met no one else until along walking along the wood, and saw 2 cyclists togher along the very long track, and then a female runner passed me. then shortly after i saw a horserider who i stopped so she could go past me. me gun shots as near a farm, felt uncomfortable. remembering im in the countryside and they kill animals. saw a rook in the tree high up looking in same area.
alot of the route was bridleway.. and heavy under foot. i took lots and lots of photos using the komoot route which makes it easy to upload and pin point the photos along the route, which is perfect.
