    fell off bike at end couldnt unclip intime on oxford road, woman came to help with kids i said i was fine i was more embarassed than hurt. but knew id sprained my right wrist. got it iced.
    strava kept turning off it said along the route, wonder if battery in rate montior needs changing. it wasnt recording the roads, said i only did 12 miles when its shows ive done 18.2 miles
