Training run long distance 14 miles! Route is on map would take me to long to say it here. But it’s basically from the centre up keckwick a tiny bit up Delph then Newton lane, summer lane, pilmoss lane, Hatton lane, London road, orchard st, chapel lane, Walton road, London Rd again, ellesmere road, A5060 across swing bridge then Taylor street, Eastford Road, Birchwood lane, Moore lane, Runcorn Road, Stalbridge Drive, And last the park and then on to Wharford lane, otterburn street 👍 I’ll run this with anyone who wants to join me :) I am doing this anyway but would really love people to join me on my long run for company and also to help me get all the way around and just have a really good laugh along the way I’m hoping to run this between 11 and 12 min mile but will have bits where it’s more 10.45 min mile :)
