    Start at Mount Helena, opposite Pioneer Pk at the bus stop carpark
    walk up bank towards Railway heritage trail, cross a side road and follow track
    turn left and cross Sawyers Road and walk towards the pipeline
    turn right, do a u-turn on pipeline at the road and follow pipeline (on your left) for 1.5kms
    cross Lion St diagonally where the pipeline (now on your right) goes underground
    walk 0.2kms towards a kissing gate and into Wooroloo Regional park

    continue NthEast on the old vehicle track for 3kms towards gate 8 (sign on other side of gate)
    walk through gate and continue to a 1.4 and/or 1.6km sign and a MTB sign
    turn right and walk towards Lake to another 1.6/1.4 kms sign
    turn left at sign and walk around the Lake (on your right)

    From the Lake grass area, Toilets, Cafe, Camping ground, resume walk
    with the Lake still on your right return to the 1.6/1.4 sign and turn left
    walk back to gate 8 and head SthWest for 3kms on the old Vehicle track
    cross Lion St diagonally and follow the Railway Heritage Trail sign 1.5kms/Mt Helena
    with the pipeline on your right return to Sawyers Road
    do a U-turn on the pipeline and cross a side road back down to the car park
