    Usual duration: 2 to 3 hours
    Start: "Balai Polis Batu 18"
    End: Either go back to the start, or carry on down to "Bukit Ampang" which is the outskirts of the stinky city again.
    Highlights: Three nice hills if you do the whole route. Option is just to return to the start and miss out the streep final hill. Roads are good tarmac, and fairly quiet. Lots of cyclists do this, so good to make friends Don't forget to smile as you ride this route. Especially recommended super early morning when the mist is hanging in the valleys and hillsides.
    Supplies: No bike shop near. Cafes at the start. And often a little van at the T junction half way.
