    Start at The Pump Room Gardens and run towards Viallis turning right here. Continue straight and turn left onto Lower Avenue under the railway bridge, cross over onto Tachbrook road and continue straight. Turn left onto St Helens Road and continue up Prospect Road, turn left at the roundabout onto Sydenham Drive (enjoy the downhill). Once at the bottom, past St Anthony Primary school use the crossing to cross straight over onto the other side and turn left onto Radford Road, bear right onto Willes Road and continue up here until you reach a left turn for Newbold Terrace and continue to the end. 5KM DONE.
    For 7km, cross onto the other side of Newbold Terrace and run back up it, turning left onto Willes Road, following it round onto Warwick Street, across the parade and taking the next left onto Bedford Street. Continue down here turning left at the end back to the park. Continue clockwise around the park until you reach 7km (approx by the library)
