Best on days when Bluebell railway running, and try to time mid-morning break on railway bridge to intercept steam train going past. Another chance to intercept steam train is just before road bridge after Oddynes Farm.
Moderate-strenuous walk at 9.8 miles and 413m of ascent, with several steep ascents. Walking poles come in handy.
