    Hey QRC,

    Basically it's a (mostly? 95%) canal heavy run, running to the start of Tottenham Marshes/Clendish Marsh along the canal paths.

    1. Meet at Thingy Cafe for headcount/bag drop/house-keeping
    2. All together, we do a good warm-up in the front yard
    3. @ km 4.5/mile 2.7 we go through Springfield Park for the hill (you can decide which one lol I'm super chill)
    4. 1/2 point is going to be the start of Tottenham Marshes/Clendish Marsh
    5. Then we simply turn round and run back (changing the side of the canal path just to make it a bit different)

    P.s. Anything over 10km up to you (if you wanna practice gels/sweets?)

    MUST BRING WATER PLS

    P.s.s . We will be stopping about every 3 or 4km to make sure everyone is ok
