    Starting at NSG, head up the path to the Outwoods entrance. Turn left and head on the outer path and then into the woods towards the main car park. Take the path adjacent to the Breakback rd down to Brook Rd, turn left down Brook rd and follow until you come out at the Bulls head (opposite) cross over to Main st and follow until you come to Tucketts rd, run up the hill to Bird hill and bear left , follow the road until you see the public path on your right side (take this very steep hill up to the Windmill) at the top take the left side path down to Mill lane and down to Maplewell rd, turn right and head to the Broombriggs gate (on your right) take the Broombriggs path to the corner of the field and bear right back to Mill lane and left to the Broombriggs car park. Run over the the Beacon hill path and run to the lower car park, then head back toward Deans lane and back through The Outwoods and back to the NSG - approx 7 miles
