    We wandelen na een korte reis van 1:55 van Bergen op Zoom naar Spontin P Treinstation eerst met drieën naar de plaatselijke bakker voor koffie/thee met lekkers en broodjes.

    De route is het laatste gedeelte van de Belgian Ultra Trail(run) 2023 Noordelijkste punt België naar het Zuidelijkste die 384,7 km lang is

    Etappe 1 zondag Spontin-Chevetogne 21,7 km D+ 456 D- 403
    Eerste etappe door velden en langs gehuchten licht glooiend D+285 D-169 meest verhard

    Lunch op 11,6 km (etappe 11,2 km) bij auto en JP
    middagbankjespauze op 19, 6 km (etappe 8,4 km)
    Openbare WC in Leisurepark Chevetogne. We zoeken daar ook een plekje om te rusten. Etappe voert weer langs dorpjes en door velden, laatste 3 km bos en onverhard. D+147 D-215
