Drawing inspiration from the Native American tradition, we introduce the talking stick approach. Historically known as the speaker's staff, this tool of indigenous democracy has been employed by numerous tribes, particularly those on the Northwest Coast of North America.

The talking stick ensures an equitable exchange of thoughts, making every voice heard and cherished. As the stick circulates, allow yourself to listen, share, and immerse in the ebb and flow of collective wisdom.
