Our Calorie Calculator estimates how many Calories you will burn using Metabolic Equivalent (MET) values from Compendium of Physical Activities. The Compendium idenitifes the relative energy cost of undertaking various activities compared with doing nothing. We then combine this with your weight and the estimated duration of the activity, taking into account the length of the route and the hills involved, to estimate the total Calories burned.
When selecting an Activity setting, select the speed you would normally travel at on flat ground.
Please remember, the estimated number of Calories is just a guide and the actual number of Calories burned may vary depending on other factors such as weather and terrain.

@Nikita Ahh, you're absolutely right. Running/hiking here in the dark is not vise at all based on my experience during July 2021.However, during day it absolutely passable, but not your comfy trail run, lots of tricky parts. However, for me it was fairly easy to navigate! Good luck on your adventure :)
@Stefan Vukman I`ve been running this trail in late August in 2019 and used to move downhill from Velji Zalazi to Dobrota/Kotor late in the evening in the dark without light. It seems pretty abandoned and overgrown path at that moment, hard to navigate.

@Nikita I wouldn't say abandoned, the markings are still there and it seems that some people occasionally pass trough as there is some cows there. There might be high grass though, but nothing to worry about. I accidentally took a right at Velji Zalazi and lost track of the trail, luckily it was easy turning back :)
Is downhill terrain from 15.7km to Kotor passable or abandoned in 2021?
