    A test ride for my new Scott Cruz-R Boa Reflective Cycling Shoes. Left home at 14.00hrs arrived back at 18.30hrs. Pretty good fit and felt I wasn't losing as much power, mainly due to the new cleats, but also the slightly tighter fit of the shoe, but not uncomfortably tight. Also, the sole seemed stiffer.
