    Up 25th, over highway and along 23rd to Grand Boulevard. Down Grand Boulevard (trail in the middle of it) & down Queensbury turning RIGHT onto 6th. LEFT onto Moody and all the way down to 2nd street. At 2nd & Moody turn LEFT onto Spirit Trail. Go down the trail and head WEST to Alder.
    AFTER St. Davids, drop down the Spirit Trail and go along Esplanade to St. Georges. LEFT down St. Georges. Go west along Victory Ship Way to Lonsdale. At the very bottom of Lonsdale continue along Carrie Cates Court and go under the ICBC building turning LEFT onto Chesterfield.
    Go to end of Chesterfield BUT turn RIGHT to go to Waterfront Park. Follow 'sea wall' (Trans Canada Trail) & Spirit Trail to Mahon. At Mahon turn LEFT and follow until you come to river/creek. Turn LEFT, cross the bridge and turn RIGHT onto Bewicke.
    LEFT onto 2nd. RIGHT onto Fell. Up Mosquitoe Creek Trail. RIGHT onto Queens and RIGHT onto Westview.
