    Session Type: Hills
    Warm up – Ashby road, Oswald road, Doncaster road, Henderson Avenue, left down Ferry road to the bottom of the hill (2.3 miles).

    Session –
    Cross over so that you are running up the left-hand pavement.
    Work hard up the hill to the Cocked hat, cross the road and return down the hill.
    Complete this hill x3 and then run along Scotter road to Doncaster road.
    Work hard up Doncaster hill (Cliff closes or Newlands ave) and return to the bottom.
    Complete this hill x2 and then up Kingsway to Brumby Wood lane.

    Cool down – Brumby Wood lane to Ashby road, back into club.
