    Starting with a brisk warm up walk - up the church steps, around the cemetery and back to ATH car park entrance. The run starts from the barrier, following the route on the map. You'll note that I've added a detour route at the Anton Lakes path, for those that would like to carry out the full 5K (or close to it). The main route runs for 4K, with the warm up and warm down bringing the total to roughly 5K.
