Val Seriana: Schilpario Campelli
Da qui si segue la traccia (segnavia CAI 417) della carrareccia sterrata che, dapprima nel bosco poi nell’aperta conca dei Campelli, porta alla Madonnina e al Passo dei Campelli (1892 m.s.l.m.) salendo lungo le scorciatoie che tagliano i tornanti. Usciti dal bosco il panorama si allarga in tutte le direzioni, a nord-est verso i monti Campione e Campioncino, a sud-est verso lo spettacolo del Cimon della Bagozza (2409 m.s.l.m.) del Mengol (2421 m.s.l.m.) e della Cima di Baione (2378 m.s.l.m.), a sud-ovest verso la Val di Scalve e la Presolana (2521 m.s.l.m.).
Sul percorso si passa per la Malga Bassa Campelli (1640 m.s.l.m.) e, ai piedi del Campioncino, per la Malga Alta Campelli (1811 m.s.l.m.) da dove si sale al Passo di Campelli (1889 m.s.l.m.). Al passo la vista si apre e spazia verso la Val Camonica fino all’Adamello, inconfondibile con la sua caratteristica sagoma, proprio al ‘capovia’ della valle.
La discesa è da effettuare lungo l’itinerario di salita.
