This route is not for the beginner as the climb to the top of the hill in Bedfords park is steep, lowest gear possible.
The route starts off on minor roads through Romford until reaching Lodge park. From here the route goes through Lodge park, then Raphael park, then crossA12 into Rise park follow the path through park then cross road into Bedford park ending at the visitors centre for refreshments if required
