    1/2 mild hill repeats: Route starts near carpark with effort section up the dirt trail to the top of the hill then taking the left track back down to Gartmorn. Your recovery section starts here using the footpath adjacent to the road back to the carpark The repeat these loops for 30 minutes.

    Trail shoes required in wet conditions, Tree roots exposed stones may present trip hazards on this route and extreme care to be taken when crossing tarmac road.
