    From the park, run up the long path that goes along the back of the row of houses - at the top bear right down Ophelia drive - at roundabout cross over onto Tachbrook Park Drive and run past the retail park - at the big roundabout at the end turn R and run up Queensway past McDonalds and Aldi - at the traffic light junction cross straight over on to St Helens Rd (with the speed bumps) - at the next traffic lights turn R onto Brunswick St - stay on this road (straight over both mini roundabouts) and it will take you in a big loop around Whitnash - at the big junction with Heathcote Rd cross straight over and run past the Hungry Horse pub - turn L at the roundabout and back to the park. This will be 6k.
    Optional 2k extra - keep going past the park - at the end of the rd turn L onto Tachbrook Road - cross over at the pedestrian crossing and run straight down to the big traffic lights junction - turn L and run past the Hungry Horse pub again and L at the roundabout back to the park.
