    Start at market ground and head down Stamford, down Mill St and up Winterford Rd

    Turn right at top of Winterford, follow Huddersfield Rd and head up Castle Lane (passed Micklehurst Cricket Club)

    Up and over the hill, heading down to (and turning right onto) Carr Rise

    At the mini-roundabout go straight on, down Buckton Vale Rd. At the next mini-roundabout go straight across (Crowswood Drive)

    Follow through the housing estates and pick up the little track which leads to Grove Rd (through the 2nd metal stile thingy)

    Turn right and run down Grove Rd, veering left onto the canal, follow all the way to wooden bridge

    At wooden bridge branch to the right, up and over Scouts Tunnel and drop down onto the canal path, crossing over at the lock. Come off the canal at Egmont St

    Head up Egmont, turn right onto Manc Rd, follow all the way, back to train station, up Stamford and finish at the market ground (or where your watch says 10k)!

    Cool down walk back to club.
