    Lap Directions - 1 Lap for 5K

    From the playground carpark, exit right.
    At the Bunker Bar take a right, down the street past Marios and the Marine.
    Go straight through the junction to pass the library on your left.
    Go down to the entrance of the GAA pitch and turn left into that road.
    A few meters down that lane turn around and come back out to the entrance of the GAA pitch laneway.
    Take right all the way up to the junction just past the Library.
    At the junction go right and travel past the Leisure centre and around the bend to the left up to the Garda Barracks.
    At the top of this road take a right down the road past Buckleys garage to Ahafona.
    At Ahafona crossroads, turn around and head back up past Buckleys garage towards the Garda barracks.
    Before the Garda barracks, turn right up towards the Church.
    After the Church, turn right into the Church carpark.
    Go to the end of the carpark, turn around and return to the entrance of the carpark.
    Turn left and go down past the Church.
    Just after the Church, go right down Spraymount Rd.
    At the end of the road, take a left and go around the 2 bends to find yourself back at the playground carpark.
