    This pan flat lengthy route has only been possible since the discovery of a caravan park cafe at Oakwood farm (24 miles, the awkward way via the houses & Aroad, however p, only 21 miles via the good cycle path along the main drag to and past Costco,)
    There is also a new cafe at the Hospice at Backford at 18 miles and a little early to be ideal for this route, but an alternative if the farm was closed as it would only be a 2 mile diversion from the farm by crossing straight over the main Costco drag at the 2 roundabouts and then turning left toward Backford. Otherwise it’s Holt or stop at F& E’s house. been to either yet hence, this route was planned to get to both and is really the only way to avoid the main roads. However, we have to go on the Two Mills road for few hundred mtrs in order to pick up the little lane that takes us into the back of the caravan park & cafe. We then have to come out back on the same route for half mile to then swing south across the main road.

    This one would be easy to shorten down to 48 miles by coming back via the Dee to path to the race course and not cross the Dee over the Saltney ferry bridge. Then around the race course path, along Chester river front to Huntingtonto. & Bruera.
