    Places on the Route to TAKE CARE>>>>
    There is a Section with RED Bricks laid on the track...... you will see it..... when you see the first bricks.....SLOW DOWN as you will be dropping down and some of the bricks are a still not rounded off......

    Bythorn.... Warren Lane....pretty good up until the right bend then heavy vegetation up to the next road section.....
    Alternative route is to swap out the run down to Titchmarsh ....and half way down the roman road....take the turning signposted "Thurning & Clopton".....which will bring you to the church in Clopton.... turn right then turn left to the track to Thurning.....and then follow the end of the route.

    IF you stay on the route....all works well to the end of Islip, after climbing the hill you come to the Main A road...just before there is a side cycleway....that takes you to the Lowick Road.... NOW>>>>>>> The next Green Lane track...... This is okay for the first half mile or so then
    THE SURFACE IS BAD>>> You can ride some of it but halfway down the hill you WILL HAVE TO WALK for around 100 metres or so.... then if goes flat and lots of vegetation again until the barrier....then it's around 400 yds to the next barrier and the road to Wadenhoe
