    We're off again🏃‍♂️☃️ December 12th, 10.30am

    This time I am hosting a xmas 5km time trial for those that want that bit more structure to their training, replace lost races and give you signs of progress in your training.

    🔴NO BLING--NO FRILLS JUST GET OUT AND RUN HARD OVER 5KM

    With racing opportunities few and far between,
    we need to keep that focus there for runners that are putting hard training in!

    The Route ⬇️⬇️ Blennerville>Lohercannon>Lockgates>Blennerville>Wetlands entrance.

    There will be a guard crossing you at Blennerville Bridge before you head in the canal road to run the last 2km leg!

    Adhering to all government and Sport Ireland guidelines, I will run off numbers accordingly, presumably groups of 15 again.

    Again this is my own group and the previous 3km TT group.

    Anyone else want a good 'blow out' run, give me a shout to get your name in😊
