    -A cool down will follow completion of the run.
    -Runners are also encouraged to complete light stretches and a further cool down after the session has finished, potentially in the gym or at home.

    -Crossing roads at officially marked crossing points.
    -Bridge to cross main road.

    -Beware for foot placement on path
    -Alert other runners to obstacles in path and dangers along route.
