Continue all the way down Chapel to New Haven Green and to City Hall on Church Street (this route is good because you are walking against traffic.)
From Chapel & Boulevard to 165 Church Street (City Hall) is approx. 1.5 miles, going straight down Chapel Street to take a left onto Church and up to City Hall.) 4-5 PM
