Start at Health centre and walk south down Fountain Road, Turn right at Allanvale Road and take the footbridge over the river. On other side of bridge, follow fenced path all the way to the houses, turn right into cul-de-sac and right into Allanvale road, then turn right onto Station Road, then right onto Henderson Street, turn right down union street, then left onto Keir Street, then right onto Fountain Road and return to health centre.
