Duathlon: Run: .8 Mile, Bike: 12 miles, Run: 3.1 Miles
Multi-sport Events are USAT Sanctioned
New this year: Just TRI-7 Mile “Dragon” Run or Walk

This map shows the Run to Transition route. The swim is 1/2 Mile (800 Meters).

Free Swim Clinic – Sunday, June 9th, 9 – 11AM
Please join us for our “pre-race swim” at Long Lake Park. Bring your towel, swimsuit, wetsuit (highly recommend), goggles and swim cap to the swim start location. Please check in at with the BHT Race Staff at 8:45am to sign-in.
