Hi!
We paid the premium membership fee before it expired, but it was not renewed. We have emailed several times, but have not received an answer. We wrote to all other contacts (e.g. via Instagram and form) but we did not receive any response. Does Plotaroute still exist? At least it would be nice to get our money back...Any idea?
