Thanks for your efforts to resolve downloads Still no luck on iPhone. I press the Download button and go to page that asks, Do you want to Download? When I press Yes it takes me straight to Download page. The file does not download

It's working OK for us. Can I check - are you following the steps shown in the image below?
If it's not working as above, can you let us know which browser you are using please? If you're using the web app, you need to install it using Safari. -
