Thanks for those nice comments. With so many users it's impossible to respond to everyone's individual requests, but we do try to listen to user feedback as much as we can and focus on things that will benefit our wider user community.
Perfect Timing as I just upgraded my internet so I now have a much higher speed than ever before! Good to see money going into capital improvements. One reason I like your service over the others is you are always listening to your subscribers and implementing software and hardware changes to improve your offering. Please keep up the excellent work!

Our server upgrade is now complete. Thank you for your patience while this was taking place. With newer, more powerful technology, we hope to be able to bring you even more exciting new developments in the coming months and years.
Plotaroute has evolved significantly since it was launched in 2014 and there are now nine dedicated servers and a global content delivery network operating behind the scenes to deliver all the services we provide, as well as numerous interfaces with third party services. We don't often talk about what happens behind the scenes, but we'd like to take this opportunity to thank everyone involved in helping to build and maintain the systems infrastructure that keeps Plotaroute running for all our users, in over 200 countries right across the world.
May we also take this opportunity to thank all our users for their support over the last year and wish you a happy and healthy 2023.
As part of our ongoing investment in Plotaroute, to maintain and improve the service we provide, we will be undertaking a major server upgrade on 14th December. This will require us to take Plotaroute offline for a short while during the upgrade, which will impact availability of the website, our mobile app and any maps embedded on third party websites.
We have scheduled the work to take place from 01:00 GMT, to minimise interruption as much as possible, and we anticipate that services will be unavailable for approximately 60 minutes. We apologise in advance for the temporary downtime, but we only undertake this sort of upgrade every few years and it is essential to ensure that we can continue to provide a fast and reliable service.
