Father of teenage girl, Married to a wonderful woman, deemed as such as she has the patience and fortitude to put up with me.

Cycling to me is more than a sport. It is my path to better health, both physically and mentally. Nothing is better for a bad day than a ride.

I am not a spandex weraing team rider. I like long rides in the country, stop to take allot of pictures and just enjoy the outdoors. Taking the bike with loaded panniers to go camping for a couple of days is the perfect combination to me.

I support safe riding, cycling education and education of automobile drivers. I think visibility is very key to safety and that bright colors are your friend. Ride smart and follow the rules of road and you will be fine.
