I upgraded to premium this morning purely for the voice navigation. It didn't work once on the 14k route I plotted. Have been trying it on and off all day but it does not work for me. Please issue a full refund. Thank you.

I upgraded to premium to take advantage of the voice prompts, but the feature doesn't even merit Beta status.
I had to turn off/on the speech slider multiple times as it repeatedly stopped working, but even when it does work the message to turn left is something like "speech, voice name equals com apple eloquence and us eddy, voice navigation activated, voice speak, turn left" by the time it gets to the instruction you've already passed the junction.
Added to that all voices seem to sound the same regardless of selection, which makes the long list of options a trifle disingenuous.
Can you arrange a refund of my premium membership please?

Thanks for the suggestion Brian. We may be able to increase it a bit but the more we increase it the harder it is to select smaller distances, so I doubt we could increase it by that much without needing a redesign of these settings.
Is it possible to increase "turn notice" beyond 100 yrds? Recommend 500 yards maximum.
