How Do I get my voice activation to work beyond telling me I'm either "off route" or it's "obtaining a signal"? After that nothing!

Voice prompts for navigation should be heard as you approach one of the turns in the route directions. If the route doesn't have any directions with turns saved with it you wouldn't get any voice prompts though, as it reads the text in the directions. You need to have Voice Navigation turned on in the Navigation Settings and you'll also need to be heading in the correct direction on the route within a set distance from the turn, as voice prompts are generated when you approach a turn. If your position is constantly off-route, it may be that you have accidentally denied location permisison for plotaroute.com. You can check this as follows:
Is it possible to see my location (my GPS arrow) on a route together with for ex. a planned route including POI's. As soon as I activate NAVIGATION all POI's disappears. At present I'm afraid we're unable to display custom labels and symbols you've added to the map during navigation, as it creates issues issues with map rotation, but we'll look into possible solutions.
Hi there, I love Plot A Route. But on the map screen on the mobile app the position indicator is hard to spot. Is there any option to customise it to make it stand out more?

Upgraded my account so I could get voice prompts. However the site kept losing signal and re-booting causing voice activation to turn off. Total waste of money as had to keep phone in hand for whole 10 mile route!
Would like a refund please.

Sorry you didn't have a good experience with the voice prompts. This is currently a BETA feature and we're hoping to replace it with a native app solution at some point. We've cancelled your Premium membership and arranged a refund as requested.
