To avoid this frequently observed planner problem:
Make it possible to set start date/time of the planned tour.
Or more drastically:
A Button to ignore ALL route restrictions.
+ And than add the ignored osm restriction data into the general route or track description.
As there are: Restrictions by the operational time table of ferries etc.

As Willy said, it looks like OpenStreetMap has a section of the D17 marked for no access between October and May. I suspect that may be the cause of the problem with the other mountain roads. Seasonal restrictions on OSM will be taken into account when using the auto-plot feature and I don't think there is anyway for us to override this at the moment, so you would need to turn the Auto-Plot switch off to plot past this.

Thanks for your answers. Indeed these routes are high paths which can be used by bike only in summer.
I like the suggestion below to have a button to ignore restrictions, as generally I know when there is snow on the mountain roads, so I plan routes there only for summer.
