Hi Chris - when you view a route on a mobile device you should see a tracking icon in the bottom right corner of the map. Touching this icon will toggle the location tracking on and off, showing your position on the map. If this is not working check that Location Services are enabled for "Safari Websites" under Setttings, Privacy, Location Services.
Hope that helps.

I'm having trouble getting the site to recognise my location on my iPhone. Within my Settings, Location Services is set to "On". Any clues how to bring my location onto the page I am walking through? Thanks.
Chris
Hi Diana - This is a setting stored in your browser, so you would need to change this in your browser settings. How you do this depends on what browser you are using - for example, in Google Chrome it is under Settings, Privacy, Content Settings, Location, Manage Exceptions. If you are using another browser and can't find how to change the location settings, let me know what browser you are using and I'll try to help further.
