Like to try and keep myself reasonably fit, 2019 has been written off as I've had 3 hosp ops including a new hip.
Love my bike, rode the North 500 last year for cancer.
2020 is going to be my year for some Munros, east west cycle routes and anything that takes my fancy, maybe a triathlon
Member at ASV I like to go just about every day, learned to swim when I had to stop running because of my hip issue, I'm no David Wilkie though.
