"Discover Carmarthenshire" is the tourism arm of Carmarthenshire County Council located in SW Wales. For the 1st time ever, Carmarthenshire is hosting the start of the OVO Energy Tour of Britain event with over 120 of the top road cyclists racing through the county on Sunday 2nd September 2018
