Hi im Tim Holden and i used to run the group Pedal Power Cycling plymouth. Which i stopped due to medical reasons and was unable to cycle for a while. i have now started riding again after having a operation. i am trying to get fit and lose some weight and increase my fitness levels again with a view to building strength and stamina for much longer rides in the future. Im now looking forward to cycling again and making new friends and having new experiences. Im looking for cycling buddies to ride with if anyone is interested i would love to hear from you and look forward to cycling with you i love Cycling in and around the Plymouth area using cycle Paths and cycling on the roads as well. I am looking for other cyclists for rides that we can do together. All my routes i do will have a break at halfway point a cafe stop.
