MIXED RELAY
Leg 1: SWIM - 300M
1. Start:
• Dive into the water from the Pontoon.
2. Course:
• Swim 150m, U-turn at Turn Buoy (TB).
• Swim 150m back to the pontoon.
3. Finish:
• Exit the water via the Run-up Ramp (RR) at the pontoon.
4. Swim-out:
• Run 600m to the Transition Area (TA).
5. Transition 1:
• Begin the Swim-to-Bike leg.
6. Completion:
• This marks the END OF THE SWIM LEG! 🏊🏼
