1. Start: Pontoon Dive
2. Course Format:
• Swim 375 M → U-Turn at the Turn Buoy (TB)
• Swim 375 M → Pontoon
3. Finish: Run-up Ramp (RR) at the Pontoon
4. Swim-out: Run 600 M to the TA (Transition Area)
5. Transition 1: Swim-to-Bike begins
6. Completion: End of SWIM Leg!🏊🏼
