Hi Tim - we actually now have an editing function in the route planner to do this now.  If you click on the toolbox icon on the route planner map it will bring up all the editing functions - there is one called "MOVE START POINT" which lets you change the start position of a circular route.

I would find that incredibly useful too. Often someone else has plotted a circular route and I would like to be able to commence the circuit at a different point from the original plotter

Hi Matt - We don't have an editing function to do this at present - I'll add it to the feature request list.  Is this a circular route where you want to change the start point?  I can see how this would be useful, e.g. starting off from a different car park.
