Hi
I cannot download any of my routes. I get the following message.
Please let me know how to resolve this'

To add some detail. I am just trying to download GPX files direct to my laptop. I open a saved route from My Routes, when its open I select download from the drop down menu
Options:
File type GPS
Format GPX
Route name Malo_Rennes 2
GPX Type Track
Waypoint Directions

I just tried it from a saved route in My Routes (on a PC), using your exact Options. Files saved to my PC OK.
I know it doesn't help directly, but would seem to indicate a local problem ....

We can download that route here, so as Mark says it is probably something local. It could be affected by a browser extension you have installed, so I would recommend temporarily disabling any browser extensions. What browser are you using? For example, if you are using Chrome as your browser, go to chrome://extensions and toggle the switches to disable each extension.

I am using DuckDuckGo and running a VPN. I will try a differenet browser and switch of the VPN one at a time.

I have a problem with the embedded routes. No one can download them because the menu is not visible in the right upper corner. Appears only after playing the route.
Is there a solution for this?
