    I'm not sure Helen, sorry.  Did you install the app using Chrome? You coud try clearing your  browser data in Chrome and then removing and reinstalling the Plotaroute app. Voice navigation is a Beta feature, so not something we fully support at present.

    I am a premium user and logged in as such. I have used the app fine with voice instructions on Android with no issues. However, now, even though it is turned on, I don't get any instructions. The voice navigation is set to 'Yes', but in the 'Voice' bit there is a now arrow, but I cannot select anything. I have logged out and back in and still no joy. Any ideas?
